Thank you for your interest in the 55th Annual Yarmouth Clam Festival Juried Craft Show! This form contains the details needed to complete your application, please read all information carefully! Please contact us via email with any questions at craftshow@clamfestival.com 

Please note that the jury selects crafters based on several criteria including authenticity of workmanship, originality, and booth presentation. Presentation is of the utmost importance. Each and every application will be juried - previous participation does not guarantee acceptance. Thank you! 



ONLINE Application starts the process:

  • Application period is open now and closes Friday, February 25, 2022
  • Applications received after February 25 will continue to be juried until the show is full 

Juried Results: Will be sent by late March/Early April

  • Upon acceptance, your Booth Fee checks will be deposited 
  • We will not hold any booth spaces that have not been paid for in full by this date 
  • If not accepted, your booth fee will be returned to you in the mail 

Load-in/Set-up: Thursday, July 14. Exhibitors are assigned a load-in time based on booth location. 

Main St: Main St. will be closing from Portland to York St., additional updates will be provided. 

Show Hours:   

  • Friday, July 15 from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm 
  • Saturday, July 16 from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Sunday, July 17 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm


  • A non-refundable $28.00 application fee is due with your online or mailed application 
  • Booth Fee of $425 to be deposited upon selection in Mid-April. 
  • Corner Fee of $50. If you are requesting a Corner Booth, please submit a separate check. 
    • Note that we charge a $35 fee each time a check is returned by your bank 
    • There will be no refunds after June 10, 2022 


Step 1: Start by submitting your online application, your non-refundable $28.00 application fee must be paid with online application. Visit www.clamfestival.com/activities/arts-crafts/

Step 2: Download and complete this form and mail in with Booth (and corner) fee along with your samples and photos. The jury committee evaluates applications based on all materials submitted. Please write a brief description of your craft explaining the process, technique and materials used along with the price-range. A professional booth display is extremely important as well. 

Samples are recommended to provide the jury an understanding of your product. As our largest category, we strongly recommend all jewelers submit samples. Due to the number of applicants, pictures and samples will not be returned unless you have provided return postage.
